The digital campaign manager, with the input of senior management, will design and implement a vibrant, effective digital marketing campaign. Analyzing and understanding various databases and online analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Omniture, the manager will develop SEO/SEM techniques to enhance the company’s brand and increase web-search visibility.
In addition, the manager will use social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.) to further raise brand awareness and foster customer interaction. He or she will work with IT professionals to help optimize the customer experience and react to needed changes in the campaign. The manager will have a working knowledge of web development tools to facilitate these changes.
